Most of our designs are made to order so orders are normally despatched within 6-8 working days, although occasionally it may take longer (up to 14 days during busy periods). If you need your order by a certain date please do let us know. We can also make orders quite quickly when required, so do email us.

Postage charges vary for each item. Postage costs are kept to a minimum, within the UK the minimum delivery charge is only £3.00. UK maximum delivery cost is £4.50. UK Orders under £30 are sent normal first class, orders over £30 will be sent first class recorded.

The EU minimum is €4.50. EU maximum delivery cost is €6.50. All EU orders will be sent standard Airmail.

USA - Minimum postage is $5.00, maximum is $30.00*. All orders sent by Airmail. *IMPORTANT: Please note that we no longer send corsets by standard airmail. They must be sent by insured airmail that costs up to $30. A seperate paypal money request will be sent to you for the extra shipping after purchase.

Important Notice for customers outside the UK: Please note that customers who pay in sterling from outside the UK are only charged UK shipping rates on checkout, this is an issue with the Paypal system, therefore we may send you a seperate invoice for any shipping due.

Again please note that most of our designs are made to order, we do not hold stock of most items. The item(s) you have ordered can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please check all items upon receipt for the correct size and condition. All items must be in their original packing with tags and unused. This excludes lingerie, hosiery and cosmetics due to hygiene reasons. Please note below details on returning clothing where the wrong size has been ordered. Please ensure all items are sent back via recorded delivery or that you have a certificate of posting (UK returns). Any items being returned from outside the UK must have a label on the package saying “Returned goods originally from the UK”. Please email before returning any items. Any items returned to us in unacceptable condition (ie make up or deodorant stains from trying on clothing) or not within specified timescale may be returned to you.

You can choose to have your order sent by registered post, please email us for costs before placing your order.

IMPORTANT: Returning items when the wrong size has been ordered:
Please ensure that your measurements are checked against our sizes as outlined below as all our designs are made to order. If the wrong size is ordered please be aware that a refund / order cancelation is not possible in this instance. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase but please realise that our designs are made especially for you when you place an order. Under current UK consumer law you are not covered if you order the wrong size, it is up to you to check your measurements. However, we do realise that mistakes can be made and we consider any issues on a case by case basis.

If an item is being returned due to fault after cleaning we may have the item tested before issuing a refund to ensure that the proper cleaning instructions were adhered to.



If you decide to cancel an order before it has been despatched you may be charged a percentage of the order as a cancelation fee, if the items have already been processed / produced for you.
