Been a couple of years since i was here. Suffered with bad mental health but hopefully starting to heal slowly. Still painting and loving it. (Launched an artist website….ok i know this is kinda old hat now but most artists do have one). Going for long walks in nature. Hanging with my cats. Occasionally going out with friends to pubs, clubs and celebrations.

Got back into listening to metal more thanks to Stranger Things character Eddie Munson! 🤟❤️❤️ Love Joseph Quinn as Eddie!

So yeah will give this a go again. Loved it here for years….so….

I literally cannot overstate how important creative hobbies are when dealing with mental illness. If you can’t draw, there are coloring books. If you can’t write a novel, you can write in short journaling bursts. If you can’t sing in the shower, you can listen to music. Sometimes with mental illness it feels like we have this dark presence inside of us that is bumping around in our brain and organs, causing problems. It helps immensely to let it out.

The thing is… Israel admitted to this from the very beginning.

They said the confessions were obtained through ‘interrogation’ in the Shin Bet aka torture (Shin Bet is where they like to torture Palestinian prisoners for intel) so every country that cut funding to the UNRWA knew from the beginning that Israel was using false forced statements.

The famine in Gaza is partly due to this. Never forget that.
