Orders are normally despatched within 3-5 working days, although occasionally it may be longer. When you place an order you will receive an email confirming when your order will be despatched. You will then be informed via email as soon as your order has been despatched. If you do not receive your order within 7 days of this notification please let us know straight away so we can chase Royal Mail!

Postage charges vary for each item. Postage costs are kept to a minimum, within the UK the minimum delivery charge is only £2.50. UK maximum delivery cost is £4.00. UK Orders under £30 are sent normal first class, orders over £30 will be sent first class recorded.

The EU minimum is €4.50. EU maximum delivery cost is €6.50. All EU orders will be sent standard Airmail.

USA - Minimum postage is $5.00, maximum is only $10.00*. All orders sent by Airmail. *IMPORTANT: Please note that some of our house and garden ornaments are very heavy and can cost up to $35.00 to post to the US. If this is the case there will be a note on the product page.

Postage is FREE on UK orders over £50.00 and Euro orders over €65.00, USA Orders $100 and over.

Returns

The item(s) you have ordered can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please check all items upon receipt for the correct size and condition. All items must be in their original packing with tags and unused. This excludes lingerie, hosiery and cosmetics due to hygiene reasons. If you order the wrong size or the wrong garment/item or even if you are just not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange it and only charge the cost of posting you the replacement. Any items being returned from outside the UK must have a label on the package saying “Returned goods originally from the UK”. Please email before returning any items. Any items returned to us in unacceptable condition (ie make up or deodorant stains from trying on clothing) or not within specified timescale may be returned to you.

If your item is damaged or lost in the post we will process a compensatory claim on your behalf with Royal Mail. You can choose to have your order sent by registered post, please email us for costs before placing your order.

If an item is being returned due to fault after cleaning we may have the item tested before issuing a refund to ensure that the proper cleaning instructions were adhered to.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel an order before it has been despatched you may be charged a percentage of the order as a cancelation fee, if the items have already been processed / produced for you.

Please note that customers outside the UK that pay in their own currency will be refunded the UK cost price, this is due to exchange rates fluctuating. The cost you receive back may therefore be less or more than you originally paid.
